G-Team Jungle Tracking to Pantai Kerachut (only virgin beach) in Penang 16/10/2010~

A Beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon, G-team friends got a chance to gather again, jungle tracking and leisure hiking together as a TEAM into the last unpolluted site of Penang, Pantai Keracut~~~!!!

There are only 2 ways to reach the beach; 90 minutes (1 hour 30 min) of jungle tracking or about 20 minutes via fishing boat....;p

We meet at ''End of the World'' and started register at 2.15pm,(original planning was 2pm...), We took a 1 hour 30 min jungle tracking into Pantai Keracut beach.

Chatting & laughing all the way, the trip wasn't tired at all~~!!! Lots of laughter and fun....!!!

It was worth the long walk and climb. A good exercise too. On the way we met few friendly hikers and campers. We were greeting each other....if not mistaken, TRUE hikers do that. Sometimes someone would just stop to have a chat with me. Perhaps I look friendly....????? Oh well, I am friendly anyway....;p

Yellow Tortoise Bun for Mei Lau Birthday.

Lunch on the beach were cold, but still taste nice though...:)

Camera woman taking picture or the nature here...hehee and i don't expect any mobile service to work over here.

Pantai Keracut is the only landing beaches for green turtle on west coast of the peninsular and it is now under the National Reserved Forest and also the Marine National Park in Penang. One of my personal favorite thing that I would love to do is look at those cute baby turtle, they actually store them in a big white box. Encik Ranger told us the duration can be as short as a week till a month period before releasing them to the big ocean and it is all depends on the baby turtle condition....

I'm not sure if you have heard about "unique lake"/"Tasik unik" before. There are 19 unique lakes in the world and its also known as "Meromictic Lake". What is so unique about this lake? Well.... for start... it have 2 mixture of water in the lake itself.

All in I still prefer Pantai Keracut even if there were jelly fish there.

YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE we all get to enjoy the sunset view and got a boat ride back to where we come from. As you can well see, we all were having a good time.....!!!

A really incredible experience~~~!!!
